Welcome to Squirrelo (“the Service”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing or using this website, the desktop app, or related subscriptions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
The Service is a content backup and local media-library tool for creators. After you paste a media URL, parsing and archiving run on your device. Our servers primarily handle account, authorization, and subscription checks; we do not proxy or host the media files you archive.
The Service does not provide trending charts, recommendations of other people’s content, or similar browsing features. Tasks start only when you actively enter a URL.
2. Lawful use and copyright responsibility
You may only archive content that you own, that you have explicit permission to obtain, or that you are otherwise lawfully authorized to access (for example, backing up works you published on your own accounts).
You must not use the Service to infringe copyrights, neighboring rights, publicity, privacy, or other rights, or to violate applicable platform terms or laws.
You are solely responsible for any legal liability, claims, and losses arising from your misuse. We do not claim rights in the specific content you archive and are not responsible for unlawful use by users.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
Some features (such as higher archive quotas) may require sign-in and a paid subscription. Keep your email and verification codes secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Billing period, price, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Availability after payment may take a short time depending on the network or payment channel.
4. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for archive failures, data loss, or indirect damages caused by third-party platform changes, network outages, device issues, or your own actions.
We do not guarantee that third-party sources remain available or that any particular platform remains compatible.
5. Changes and termination
We may update features, adjust quotas, or suspend the Service. We may limit or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.

We may revise these Terms and post the new date on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
